Telemarksbruket is sited in the heart of Telemark county, a favourable location for local sourcing of high quality pine sawlogs. We have developed valuable sawn timber and local jobs since start up in 1978. Our employees have extensive experiences in production of high quality timber. Annually production of pine sawn timber is about 50.000 m3, with potential for further growth.
Telemarksbruket is owned by AT Skog, a forest owners cooperation owned by nearly 9.000 forest owners.
Main market is domestic, but about 20 % is delivered for export.
Wood as a sustainable building material is highly demanded. In addition to standard dimensions and qualities, Telemarksbruket can offer big dimensions and special sorted longlife heartwood of pine for exterior utilization.
